Drop-In Adult Dance Classes

Ballet Basics for Adults: Tue 5:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM

Gain flexibility, balance, strength, and grace in this welcoming class. No experience necessary! Open to people of all genders, ages 14+. Ballet shoes encouraged, but don't let that stop you--socks will work.

Lunchtime Shimmy: Wednesdays 12:00-12:50 PM

Shake the midweek stress! Join this upbeat beginner belly dance class, learn some new moves, and transport yourself on your lunch break.

Belly Dance Drillz & Zillz: Sundays 5:00-6:00 PM

Let's do the work! Dancers with at least one belly dance class session behind them are welcome to join this class to focus on developing clean technique and zill skills.
